All of our Hi-Tech molding lines are enclosed in a dust free, clean environment in accordance with Philips and Sony standards and are operated by skilled technicians 24 hours-a-day, 7-days a week.

Blu-ray Disc orders are now being accepted by Pressing Media.  Customers are reporting increased interest in High Definition products and Pressing Media (one of America's first High Definition disc replicators) is now supplying both BD25 and BD50 products.

 

Custom Shaped CD & DVD can be designed and made at Pressing Media.  Expert consultation is available from recognized industry leaders.

 

FlexDisc™ is only half-as-thick as a regular DVD and weighs 40% less.  It is flexible and can be mailed at lower postage rates.  It plays on all standard DVD players/drives and has a full 4.7GB (DVD-5) capacity.

Duplication

Pressing Media offers a full compliment of DVD-R and CDR duplication services. Duplication is offered as an alternative for short-run rushes and quick turn needs. Pressing-Media has no minimums on the number duplicated discs you require.

 

 

Duplication is the simple "burning" of your content master onto DVD-R or CDR media using duplication towers and automated duplication stations. Pressing Media offers a variety of on print options for duplicated discs:

 

• Digital Laminate Printing: A photo quality printing and lamination process.
• Direct Thermal Print: Single Color printing direct to disc.
• Inkjet With Water Shield: High quality printing direct to disc.
• Screen Printing: Pantone or Spot screen print
• Offset Printing: CMYK direct to plate disc print

 

All of our duplication products can be packaged in the same packaging offered on replicated projects. With our state of the art in-house printing solutions we can bring your product to the market faster.

 

Important Note:

CDR & DVDR duplication is a completely different process than replication. Depending on the grade of the media, the laser strength, or type of disc player, there may be skips, freezing or other compatibility issues. Replication is the industry and ensures no compatibility issues on any type of player.

Full Size CD:

Store 700MB of data or 80 minutes of audio on a single disc. Full-size CD's are the industry standard for audio and excellent for storage and distribution of your important material in many great packaging options.

 

Mini CD:

Although mini CDs are only three inches across, they still hold more than enough content. Mini CDs feature 180MB worth of storage space for your content including data, audio, short videos, presentations, and more. No cutting required as these are molded in our factory.

 

Business Card CD:

Choose business card CDs for your pocket-sized project. Great for presentations, sales, marketing and more! These discs come in rectangle or hockey rink shape with 35mb, 50mb and 80mb capacities. No cutting required as these are molded in house at our factory.

 

DVD REPLICATION

What is DVD replication? DVD replication refers to the process of making a glass master and pressing molded discs of runs larger than 300 units. Replicated discs are of the highest quality and are therefore the industry standard for video and gaming products.

 

Mini DVD:

Mini DVDs feature 1.4 GB worth of storage space for your gaming & film content. No cutting required as these are molded in our factory.
Note about Duplicated DVDR:
Please be aware and ensure your clients are informed that duplicated DVDR's cannot be guaranteed to play in every device; therefore, if you are planning on selling your disc, it is advisable to avoid duplicated products. If you are looking for a short run, quick turn product with no additional rush fees then you can take advantage of our DVD duplication services.

DVD replication comes in a variety of formats:
