Our in-house sheeting capability provides flexibility and helps to reduce paper converting cost. Our prints computerized and networked control allows ink profiles and additional mechanical settings for each job to be stored electronically, allowing for speedy and accurate reconfiguration of the press from one job to another.
If you would like to add elegant appeal to your packaging, consider foil stamping. Make it even more exquisite by adding relief to the image by adding embossing and de-bossing. Each one of our fully automated platen die-cutters can process jobs up to a speed of 8,000 sheets per hour. Cuts and creases are laid down with both speed and precision. With three sophisticated folder-gluers, final finishing can be performed on cartons and sleeves of various styles and sizes. Screening coater allows for precise lay down of various UV coatings. Gloss, dull or matte, texture and emboss coatings are available for your selection.

Here at Pressing Media we specialize in environmentally sound paper products utilizing recycled stocks, soya based inks, waterless printing technology and 100% wind power. We also offer 100% post-consumer recycled chipboard stock, recycled paper foam trays and CCNB recycled stock for our custom board products.
Standard Paper Inserts: From DVD covers to 32 page jewel case stapled booklets, Pressing Media offers the highest standard in offset & digital printing. All inserts are printed in full color (CMYK) process on 100# gloss book paper stocks, with aqueous (water based) coating to extend the product life in an ecologically sensitive method.
Board Products: Board products include digipaks, mailers, wallets and sleeves: Pressing Media prints a variety of green, eco friendly cardboard products for your disc packaging. All board products are printed in full color (CMYK) process on standard 14 pt SBS C1S board stock then die-cut, folded and glued on our automated finishing machines to guarantee the most precise results possible. There are countless varieties of custom board products available, from the simplest 1 disc sleeve to a 12 panel multi disc digipak with pocket and slipcase. Pressing Media is able to print the most complex retail display for your optical disc needs. Here are just a few common options: reverse-board print, matte AQ coating, glossy or matte UV coating, recycled or paper foam tray, embossing, de-bossing, foil stamping, metallic inks and spot varnishes.
